Global Postural Reeducation (RPG) is a method that rebalances the joint through the muscular pathway. It releases the muscular restrictions that build up after trauma or through the repetition of daily, professional or sporting movements: muscle shortening unbalances the joint and leads to pain, blockage, inflammation, stiffness, osteoarthritis or loss of range of motion.
Reasons for consultation
Low back, mid-back and neck pain and neuralgia
Herniated discs
Postural disorders: scoliosis, hyperlordosis, rounded back
Shoulder, knee, hip and ankle conditions
Sports injuries and overuse conditions
Pre- and post-operative treatment
The treatment
A gentle, progressive and active method, based on global work on the muscle chains.
One-to-one sessions
Full postural assessment to identify the origin of your complaints
Active stretching postures with integrated breathing work
The goal is to restore the mobility, strength, coordination and function of the hand, while supporting your independence in everyday activities. Highly precise work, carried out in coordination with your doctor or surgeon.
Specialised in Global Postural Reeducation (RPG) and muscle chain methods (Mézières, Busquet, Active Global Stretching…), as well as in hand physiotherapy and fascia therapy.
Every patient receives individual, focused attention. Care is based on a biopsychosocial model that considers the person as a whole: beyond the symptom, it takes into account each person's lifestyle, professional or sporting activity and personal goals. The treatment plan is therefore tailor-made and evolves with your progress.
